The Apple Sequence
Here’s an old assignment from Media Design a couple years ago. I always liked this one, because I personally thought it was pretty funny! I didn’t post this initially but now I am remedying that. For this assignment we were to arrange photos in a way that told a clear narrative. We could take photos ourselves, or we could use found images. I went with the former to tell a story of an apple who meets an unfortunate end. The one thing I could have done to make this piece a little stronger would be to use one red apple and one green, so that it was more clear that the two apples were different characters.

A Tale of Two Turkeys
Here is the second video project for Media Design, Fall 2008. The assignment was to adapt an Ellen Goodman column of our choice into an aural and visual adaptation. I chose “A Tale of Two Turkeys.” This time, my mom stars!

The Street
Here is the first video project for Media Design, Fall 2008. The assignment was to adapt a poem of our choice into an aural and visual adaptation. I chose “The Street” by Octavio Paz. This stars my dad.
